Advertising Policy

Last Modified: 11th March 2021

Ad Review Process

Advertisers must create ad campaigns in compliance with Umo Rewards advertising policy and submit for approval.

When an ad campaign is submitted, within 24 hours, we will review your campaign settings including ad text, image, video content, call to action, display URL, landing page destination, demographics selection, and promoted products/services to ensure that your ads comply with our advertising policy. If there are changes to be made on your advertising campaigns, we will send you a campaign modification request via email.

If no changes are required, we will send your campaign plans to our publishers for reference.

Your campaign will be live within 1 business hour or as per campaign start date upon Umo Rewards’ approval, on the basis that your campaigns have already been setup in the advertiser portal and no further changes have been made to your campaign submission.

We will send you a notification via email as soon as your campaigns are live.

Campaign Modification Request Process

If you want to make changes on offline campaigns that have already been submitted for review, or existing live campaigns, please submit a ticket in our Support Portal.

For modifications on ad creative content, you will be required to create a new campaign and submit it for approval.

We will review the changes within 24 hours, and if changes are necessary on your advertising campaign, we will send you a campaign modification request via email.

If no changes are required, we will send your campaign plans to our publishers for reference.

If your campaigns are already live, they will continue running using the existing settings until the modifications are approved by Umo Rewards, unless you send us a request to pause the campaigns via our Support Portal.

Your modified campaign will be live within 1 business hour upon Umo Rewards’ approval, on the basis that no further changes have been made upon your campaign modification submission.

We will send you an approval notification via email as soon as your modified campaigns are live.

Modification Request Appeal

If you receive a campaign modification request and think that it might be an error, please contact us immediately by submitting a ticket in our Support Portal.

Budget Notification Alert

You will receive an email alert to let you know that you have used up a predefined amount of your ad budget based on your campaign notification cap settings.

If you want to make changes on the notification cap and/or the notification recipients, please submit a ticket in our Support Portal.

Your budget notification setting changes will go live within 4 business hours from receipt of the request.
