Join our host Lane Transit District (LTD) as we bring together agencies from around the Northwest region to connect on industry challenges, share best practices and strategize on how to bring more riders back to transit. This event is a unique opportunity to participate in workshops and training sessions led by our Umo experts and to connect with other transit agencies in the region utilizing Umo.

May 24th – Downtown Eugene Station, 1080 Willamette Street Eugene, OR 97401

11:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. – Regional Workshop & Lunch 

  • Share your best practices & learn from other agencies 
  • Discuss use cases and special fare programs 
  • Connect with the Umo team 
  • Lunch will be provided

3:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. – Ask an Expert: Our team of Umo Experts will be available to deep dive with you in the following areas:

  • Configuration & Fares
  • Marketing
  • Mobile
  • Engineering & Product
  • Customer Success

8:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. – Join Umo for Product Training. Experts will conduct training on the most requested categories.

  • Institutional programs (reseller setup)

  • Account Permission & Management (Manage & Create accounts in AMS)
